This policy explains how the TubeRank website (“TubeRank,” “we,” “us”) handles information. TubeRank is operated by the owner of this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@tuberank.site.
Information you choose to provide
Tool inputs may include public YouTube URLs, video or channel identifiers, titles, descriptions, keywords, calculation values, thumbnail files, and giveaway settings. Email messages may include your address and anything you choose to write. Please do not submit passwords, private analytics, payment details, API keys, or sensitive personal information.
How tools process information
Some writing, formatting, link, preview, and calculation features run in your browser. Tools that retrieve public YouTube information may send the URL or identifier you enter to Google or YouTube APIs, either from your browser or through the website. Thumbnail availability may be checked against YouTube image servers. The comment picker may retrieve public usernames, comment text, comment identifiers, and related public video information for the draw you request. TubeRank does not obtain another creator’s private Analytics, private revenue, or account credentials.
Technical and usage information
Like most websites, our hosting, security, caching, consent, and analytics systems may process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, cookie or consent choices, and diagnostic events. This information is used to deliver and secure the site, remember preferences, understand aggregate use, and diagnose errors.
Cookies, local storage, analytics, and advertising
TubeRank may use browser storage for preferences such as theme and consent choices. Google Site Kit and related Google services may enable Analytics, Search Console reporting, or advertising integrations. We do not sell tool inputs as a data product. Retention
Browser-only inputs normally remain on your device unless a feature clearly sends them to a third party or the server. Public API results may be temporarily cached for performance and quota management. Server and security logs are retained only as reasonably needed for operations, security, legal obligations, and troubleshooting. Email is retained as needed to answer and document the request.
Your choices and rights
You can avoid entering a YouTube URL or other input, clear browser storage, adjust cookie choices, or stop using the site. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information we control. Contact support@tuberank.site. Children
TubeRank is a general creator utility site and is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required in their location. Do not submit a child’s personal information through the tools or email.
Security, international processing, and changes
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. We will update the date above when this policy changes materially.
