The service
TubeRank provides browser-based creator utilities, public-data lookups, writing suggestions, previews, links, checklists, and calculations. Core public tools do not require a TubeRank account or credit card. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable without notice because of maintenance, security, quotas, or third-party platform changes.
Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful personal or business creator workflows. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, evade limits, interfere with the site, distribute malware, scrape at a level that harms availability, misuse personal data, violate contest or platform rules, or use the service to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the URLs, text, images, settings, and other material you submit and for confirming that you have the right to use them. You remain responsible for videos, metadata, embeds, downloads, giveaways, and decisions made using a result.
Estimates and platform data
TubeRank cannot access another creator’s private YouTube Analytics, actual earnings, monetization decision, or recommendation-system data. Public data may be delayed or incomplete. Calculations and checklists use the formulas, rules, and assumptions displayed on the relevant page and do not guarantee rankings, views, subscribers, eligibility, or income.
Intellectual property and third parties
The TubeRank name, original interface, code, and editorial material are protected to the extent allowed by law. YouTube and Google names and marks belong to their respective owners. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every feature or result will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TubeRank’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
